10 minute Chilli Garlic Noodles

Ingredients

  • 2 knife cut noodle nests
  • 2 spring onions chopped separate the green stalks from he white portion of the spring onion
  • 4 garlic cloves finely minced
  • ½ tbsp black sesame seeds
  • ½ tbsp white sesame seeds
  • ½ red chilli flakes
  • 4 tbsp sesame seed oil
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  • Cook your noodles according to the packet instructions.
  • In a small saucepan, heat up your sesame seed oil for 2-3 minutes in a medium heat.
  • In a bowl add the remainder of your ingredients apart from the soy sauce and pour the hot oil over them.
  • Add you cooked noodles and soy sauce, stir well to combine and enjoy immediately!
