Preheat oven to 160°.
Grease a 10x10 inch dish and line with parchment paper.
Combine the eggs, melted butter, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl. Then whisk until light in colour.
Sift in the flour, cocoa powder and salt and gently fold them together until combined. Make sure you don't over-mix the batter!
Fold in three quarters of the chocolate chunks until evenly distributed.
Pour the mixture into your lined dish and smooth with a flat spatula. Add your remaining chocolate chunks.
Place in the oven and bake for 25-35 minutes. Once baked, allow the brownies to cool, then remove from the dish.
Allow the brownies to cool completely and then cut them into 16 evenly sized pieces and enjoy!
