Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves grated
  • basil handful
  • 4 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • salt

Instructions

  • Using a serrated knife, slice your baguette into 1 ½ inch pieces, coat with olive oil and toast on a pan until golden brown. Set them aside once done.
  • Slice your cherry tomatoes and add them into a bowl.
  • Grate in your two garlic cloves, reserving some of the garlic to rub on the toasted bread later.
  • Chop your basil roughly and add to your tomato and garlic mixture. Along with the extra virgin olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, stir well.
  • Rub the reminder of the garlic cloves on your sliced baguette and top them with your tomato mixture. Now all that's left to do is enjoy your bruschetta!
