Into a large bowl, add your cubed chicken, greek yoghurt and melted butter. Mix well and place in the fridge to marinate for a minimum of 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 200° 15 minutes before removing the chicken from the fridge.
Remove from the fridge and skewer the chicken.
Place in the oven to bake for 30-40 minutes, turning over at the half way point.
Once cooked, brush with the remaining melted butter and garnish with coriander.
