Dark Chocolate and Raspberry Overnight Oats

This easy overnight oats recipe combines dark chocolate and raspberries for a tasty and nutritious breakfast or suhoor! It's simple to prepare the night before, saving you tons of time in the morning.

Ingredients

  • 50 g oats
  • 16 g chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 150 ml milk of choice almond, dairy, oat, etc.
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • Optional: 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt for topping
  • Handful of raspberries
  • Dark chocolate chunks

Instructions

  • In a mason jar or airtight container, combine the oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and honey. Stir well.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.
  • In the morning, give it a good stir, add more milk if needed for desired consistency, and top with Greek yogurt if using.
  • Top with raspberries and dark chocolate chunks.
  • Enjoy!
