Begin by preheating your oven to 180°
Cut your ciabatta open lengthways and set the two pieces of bread aside
Mix together your room temperature softened butter, garlic, red chilli, parsley and salt.
Spread your garlic butter onto both of your pieces of ciabatta
Top with generous amounts of mozzarella and transfer to the oven to bake for 15 minutes!
Serve fresh from the oven and enjoy!
