Make your parchment paper parcels by following the instructions above.
Preheat the oven to 180℃
Begin by removing your cod loins from the packaging and patting them dry with a paper towel. Transfer the fish to a chopping board and season each side with paprika, salt and pepper. Make sure to rub the seasoning into fish and ensure each side is coated. Place the fish into the parchment parcels.
Add the washed asparagus and cherry tomatoes to the parcels.
Finely chop the garlic and coriander and scatter over the fish and veg.
Drizzle about a tablespoon of oil and the juice of half a lemon over each fish loin.
Place the fish into the oven to bake for 20 minutes.
