Pico de Gallo

Ingredients
1
small white onion
4
medium red tomatoes
1
jalapeño
coriander
half a handful
1
lime
salt
to taste
Instructions
Finely dice your tomatoes, onions and jalapeño and place them in your bowl. Ensure that they are all similar in size!
Finely chop your coriander and then add this into your bowl next.
Add in the juice from one lime and season the Pico de Gallo with salt ( be generous!)
Stir and allow to sit for 30 minutes before tucking in!
Notes
If you'd like it milder only use half the
jalapeño!
